Personalised Dog Tag Necklace

Custom ‘hand stamped’ sterling silver dog tag necklace.
This was inspired by my husband being a military man and wanting to take something with him while he was away to remind him of home, so we used his ‘Issue dog tags” as inspiration and made sterling silver ones!!
Anything can be stamped on a tag..name, date, GPS co-ordinates, babies birth announcement or even a special place.
Each tag is hand cut in sterling silver and can then be left plain or textured, the words are oxidised (blackened) to bring out the details but can be left silver if required, you can also have a jump ring if required.
The tag measures approximately 20mm x 37mm and is 1.2mm thick. (16 gauge).
Each tag weighs approx 9-9.5g (minus the necklace).
Tag is hallmarked with my personal hallmark and the London Assay Office Hallmark and every item from Kysam comes in a beautiful branded jewellery box wrapped with ribbon ready to give as a gift or a treat for yourself.
We recommend no more than 24 large/30 small characters per tag and preferably 8 large/10 small characters max per line.
This item can be purchased as a necklace, key ring or bookmark.

If you require a slightly thicker belcher chain (see photo 3) please email for an amended price.

Remember these items are hand stamped and each one will differ slightly and any non straightness of lettering is part of the ‘one off’ charm.

If you order the blackened letters this finish can fade over time. To prolong this finish it is advisable to not expose the jewellery to cosmetics, perfume, body lotions or oils.
If your blackened finish does fade over time we offer a free re oxidisation service (postage fees apply.)
