GENERAL

This website, found under the www.kysam.co.uk URL and references to ‘you’, and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via the www.kysam.co.uk website.
 

ORDERS

By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Kysam to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order.
All orders are confirmed upon receipt and we aim to dispatch all orders the next day (providing your order is in stock). Orders made on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number . (All orders are sent recorded delivery service)
Please note: Personalised/Made to Order items can take up to 2 weeks.
 

CUSTOMS INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

All internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. Please be aware we are not liable for any customs charges levied or delay of items held at customs.

Please note as the UK is no longer part of the EU items will be sent from the UK as Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) and the customer will be asked to pay VAT and a handling fee before the item is delivered.

 

CONTRACT CANCELLATION

If you are not happy with your goods you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than 8 working days after the day on which you receive the products (this excludes personalised items).

 

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS LIABILITY

Whilst we try and do everything reasonable to try and keep the information on this website up to date, KYSAM do not give any warranty to its completeness or correctness and KYSAM cannot be held responsible for any omissions, errors or for any resulting implications from the use of this information.

All content on the website (including pictures, logos and photographs) represent the copyright or registered trademark of KYSAM and MINKI DESIGN. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. The modification, copying, circulation, reproduction, or incorporation of into any other work of part of or all of content available on the KYSAM website is forbidden.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK LAW.

 

RETURNS POLICY AND MAKING RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us (excluding personalised items), under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within 8 working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by emailing our Customer Services team on info@kysam.co.uk. You will then need to return the order to us, at your own expense. Once we receive the order back we will issue a full refund. Please note this does not apply to the personalised items which cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us please ensure you package your return well to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Returns received outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of Kysam and can only be refunded by a credit note or exchange.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services team on info@kysam.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.

With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU)

KYSAM will not accept return of any non-faulty items that have been worn.  For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

FAULTY GOODS 

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND 

Refunds will be made within 7 days of goods being received back to KYSAM.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

 

GIFT RETURN

If you have received an item from Kysam as a gift you can return it in exchange for a ‘credit note’. This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to place a new order online. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Any unused credit will remain on your account until your next purchase.
