Chunky hammered heavy heart pendant necklace

This lovely solid and chunky sterling silver heart pendant has been designed and handmade completely from scratch using traditional silversmithing techniques.
The front and back of the heart has been given a hammered finish and catches the light perfectly, in contrast the edges have been left smooth and feature my Hallmark ‘SJA ‘along with the London Assay Office Hallmark.
The heart pendant has been hand-forged from 3mm thick sterling silver sheet and hangs from three handmade jump rings on either an 18” sterling silver rope, heavy belcher or ball chain.
Timeless and elegant, perfect for everyday use, wear alone or layer up with other necklaces.

As each heart is cut by hand the size and shape will vary but they will measure approximately 28 x 18mm (including the jump rings) and weigh approximately (this includes the weight of the chain) 9-13g-dependant on chain chosen.
These hearts can also be made in 4mm thick sterling silver, see photo 3 for the difference in depth.

Please note as each heart is cut by hand no two will ever be the same so sizes and shapes are to be expected from those shown, your heart will be truly unique to you.
