Each Sterling Silver Button is handmade by Sam’s elves in her studio and is attached to a pine or walnut wood gift tag so it can be hung up on the tree

Spare sparkly red embroidery thread straight from Santa’s coat is included so you can attach it to something else or just leave it dangling off the tree.
